Refund Policy

WARRANTY

Our products include a 12 months repair or replace warranty on any manufacturing issues or product defects. Please note, warranty is void if the product shows signs of wear and tear or if products have been incorrectly cleaned/used or cared for.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Due to the nature of our product we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

FAULTY OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. You will be asked to provide video or photos to support your claim.

If your return is accepted:

You will receive instructions on how to return the product(s).

The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that were included.

Once we receive your returned product(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
